1.CO2によるクリーンな消火不燃性ガス（CO2）による消火のため、消火剤による機器への汚損がなく、スムーズな機器の復旧が可能です。

2.専用センサーで取付容易・素早い検知半導体・液晶製造装置、各種工作機械の設置環境に合わせて、当社が独自に開発した専用の火災検知センサーを使用しています。小型で取り付け場所を選ばず、素早い火災検知が行えます。

3.システムバリエーションが自在検知システムの回路は簡単にOR設定、AND設定に切替可能です。制御盤が消火剤BOXと一体タイプと別置タイプがあり、設置場所によって自由に選択できます。

4.システム異常を知らせる機能消火システムの停電、センサーの断線・故障、起動装置のセット状態を監視する機能を持ち、何か異常があればランプ、ブザーや接点信号で知らせることができます。

5.安全対策機能大型機種（30/45ENA2）は機器のメンテナンス中に誤ってガスを放出しないよう、機械的（バルブ）や電気的にガス放射を遮断する機能があります。

6.安全センター性能評定品半導体・液晶製造装置、各種工作機械用の自動消火システムとして、（財）日本消防設備安全センターの評価を受け、性能評定を取得しています。
