• There are two types of solar water heaters

flat plate collectors and evacuated tubes.

• Evacuated tubes perform better in colder

and/or colder conditions than their flat panel

counterparts. This is because of the vacuum in the

glass tube, which allows tube collectors to retain a

high percentage of collected heat. They work well

in freezing conditions where flat panels will not

work

Conclusions

Every surface on Earth absorbs and reflects energy at

varying degrees, based on its color and texture

The amount of radiant energy absorbed varies depending on the degree of color of the

material and texture

Darker-colored objects absorb more visible radiation,

whereas lighter-colored objects reflect more visible radiation.

Recommendations and Suggestions :

storage of solar energy can be used in multiple uses such as cooking, heating

water for industry as well as agricultural

Governments recognize the need to invest in renewable energy, specifically in solar

energy.

Governments should encourage people to promote the uses of

renewable energy by installing solar panels to

generate electricity
