• Is a National Advocacy Initiative of PCEC that seeks to enhance the awareness and involvement of local churches in holistic ministries (integral mission).
• It is align with the Clark Declaration made during PCEC’s National Assembly 0f 2011

• CCT – Conditional Cash Transfer – program has a track record (international and local) of being an effective poverty reduction program intervention
• Current government’s commitment and integrity makes it a timely program– partnership with Civil society has been built-in from the
beginning. – Flagship program of PNoy Administration along with Anti-
corruption
• Involves 5.2 million targeted households belonging to the poorest of the poor. PCEC’s commitment is to assist with 1 Million household
• It covers most provinces in 17 regions nationwide.

• Seeks to create awareness / advocate to 100% of PCEC’s member churches

• Assists the PLs in monitoring the compliance of 30 HH with respect to the conditions set by the Pantawid Pamilya program
• Counsels Parents and Children• Seeks assistance from iHELP Partners• Commits to being part of an iHELP Circle• Appointed by a Local Church• Accountable to the Local Church through the
designated CLC

• strategically deploys a minimum of 50,000 Community Leaders (CLs) in predetermined areas to cover 17 regions;
• and developing a feedback mechanism to ensure that:– The CLs are able to accomplish the program
objectives– The capacity building program was effective in
equipping the CLs– iHELP Circles are functional– Immediate, relevant and sustained prayer can be
incorporated in the program– Significant changes can be attended to where it
matter most

• Creating opportunities for individuals, various groups and local churches to actively engage in community transformation by sharing their resources;
• Develops a system of starting and sustaining fundraising initiatives together with an efficient collection and accounting procedure.
