Every month we will introduce a new habit so that our readers can take their fitness and well-being challenge to the next level. These 12 habits were the ones we introduced for year 2013. All of these habits can be applied to readers of all fitness levels. Typically, a habit is a behavior that, if repeated regularly, tends to occur subconsciously. Through repetition, a habit becomes more or less a fixed way of thinking or feeling. The repetition throughout the month of a same habit, and continuing it on throughout the year, should result in twelve new great habits by the time the new year roles around again!
