Each December everyone in Team Expansion reviews their goals from the previous year and sets new goals for the coming one. In Creative Arts, our goals typically are reoccurring so they stay the same. Occasionally we have special projects come up, like this year the organization wants a new website, which I will be very much a part of implementing. I didn’t change many of my goals from last year since I am now working less hours. I accomplished nearly all of my goals from 2014, even with working less hours, transitioning to working at home, becoming a wife, stepmom, and having a baby! e goals I didn’t complete will carry over to 2015. Before they depart for service, all Team Expansion team members receive extensive training for their respective roles. In one of those training sessions, we talk at length about the sovereignty of God. We've memorized Romans 8:28, but have we embraced it? Ephesians 1:11 tells us that God is at work in every little detail of our lives, causing everything to come into conformity with his will. For this reason, we can truly give thanks in all circumstances, because whatever happens to us, it will be God's will for us (I Thess. 5:18). In fact, each night,

God intervenes in history to create opportunities for each of us to do good works (Eph. 2:10). This is powerful for missionaries in dangerous places - and just as powerful for you. Thank you for the help and encouragement you give your favorite Team Expansion missionary as he/she changes the world. This Christmas season, join us in praying that God will work mightily not only through Team Expansion, but also through the entire church worldwide. Doug Lucas

N O V E M B E RFinancial Report

✤ Praise for a healthy baby! Carla welcomed Verily Elianah Williams into the world this past month. She weighed a whopping 10 lbs. 6 oz. (more than Hannah at 16 weeks)! Carla and Verily are both doing well. Please pray for Carla as she learns to care for her daughter - and learns to juggle mommyhood and work starting in January.

✤ Please join me in prayer that God will help me accomplish my goals (and more) in 2015. As an organization we hope to have 80 church planting movements by the end of 2015. Ask God to help us do this.

PRAYRaymer Family News

Hannah keeps growing! She just turned 4 months and now weighs 10 lbs. 9 oz. (though she’s behind 6 weeks developmentally since she was a preemie). She has started to smile and even chuckled a couple times and focuses more and more on people and objects. Elizabeth is doing well in pre-k and will be turning five on December 26th (the same day as my dad’s birthday)!

We enjoyed Thanksgiving with Clayton’s grandparents, two aunts, and six of his cousins. For Christmas we’ll be heading to Florida for a few days! This will be Clayton and Hannah’s first trip to Shiloh, my parent’s house. We’re really looking forward to it.

Clayton and I will also be celebrating our first anniversary on December 23rd! It has been a crazy, wonderful year learning and growing together. I’m looking forward to a lifetime more.

Prayer Requests & Praises

Up and ComingEvery January we kick off the year with another Launch training for missionary

candidates. My responsibilities at each two week training include a Creative Arts presentation where Carla and I talk with them about newsletters, photography, and more. I also meet with each unit one on one to discuss any design projects they’d like me to produce. And I take group photos of them with our Training team. It’s always a fun time getting to know potential teammates - folks willing to sacrifice the “American Dream” to serve God in other lands, and among people sometimes hostile towards Christ and His people.
