– Develop knowledge, skills, and habits for postsecondary success – Pillars: Academic, Admissions, Career, Financial, Personal/Social – Tools: Readiness Rubric & Postsecondary Plan

• Why College Readiness?– The earlier the better– Better chance of getting accepted to your colleges of interest – You will have more options after high school

• SMART Goals– Specific, Measurable, Achievable– Relevant, Timely
