OBJECTIVE

• The program seeks to impart to the participants the skills and techniques needed to lead and supervise their people in a way that people are just too willing and happy to give the results they [the leaders] wanted from them.

The theory is that people can choose to be leaders and acquire the necessary leadership skills and qualities.

future performance of the council within a Columbian Year. Some councils are presently facing problems because of poor decision in the selection of members and officers.

As the Grand Knight or director of your council, you have the power to select your appointed officers or committee chairs. Choose them wisely.
