Payments received under the UI, PEUC, EB, FPUC, MEUC, LWA, TRA, RTAA and PUA are considered taxable income and are required to be reported on your income taxes. You will be mailed a 1099-G form to your address of record with the VEC by January 31, 2022. You should receive your 1099-G by February 16, 2022. 1099-G forms will be available online for self-printing. If you had a change of address and you did not update your address before the end of the year, you will need to fax a change of address request. The fax should include your name, signature, date, old and new address, and at least the last 4 digits of your social security number. This information can be faxed to 804-786-6434.
