June 16, 2014
Contestants, Spectators, Officials, and Media :
On behalf of the Belvedere Golf Club membership, we welcome you to the 103rd Michigan Amateur Champion-
ship. This is a special occasion as it is the 40th time that Belvedere has been privileged to host this Championship.
The course has been lengthened since hosting in 2003 and should provide a wonderful test for the contestants.
We would like to thank our volunteers, our staff, and the Golf Association of Michigan for all their efforts in trying
to make this a very special week. Many thanks to our sponsors who are providing financial support for the event.
Have a wonderful week in "Charlevoix the Beautiful" and at Belvedere Golf Club, "The Home of the Michigan
Amateur."
