We are having a training session for this tremendous outreach opportunity right

here at College Hills Baptist Church! Join us on Sunday, October 20th at 4PM

FMI: www.myhopewithbillygraham.org

What is “My Hope”? My Hope America with Billy Graham is a nationwide effort to reach

people across the United States with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Following a simple biblical mod-el, My Hope America with Billy Graham combines the impact of video programs with the power of personal relationships. Christians across America will open their homes this November to share the Gospel message with friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors using one of several new evangelis-tic programs featuring life-changing testimonies & powerful messages from Billy Graham. Here at CHBC we will be focusing on doing this outreach through our Family BodyLife Home Groups the week of November 10th.

Much has been accomplished as we have “spruced-up” our facilities looking forward to our 60th Anniversary Cele-bration. If you have some free time during the week or on Saturday and are willing to help finish up a few things, please call the church office or Ryan Connel.

We are truly humbled by your generosity toward our family and

thankful for the way the Lord has used you in our lives these last

six years. Thank you for being a part of the Rally for Reagan

Fundraiser this past weekend for her ongoing medical expenses.

Our God has truly poured His grace and mercy all over us.

Thank you to those who continue to inquire of Reagan’s health

and lift her up in prayer. We continue to praise the Lord for the

wonderful doctors and nurses He has put in her life both at Shan-

non Medical Center and at TX children’s Hospital. To God be the

Glory!!

“For you created my inmost being, you knit me together in my

mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonder-

fully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My

frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret

place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth your

eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before

one of them came to be.” - Psalm 139:13-16

In His grace,

The Stephenson Family

Our Wednesday evening Community Meals are every Wednesday at 5:15PM! For the remainder of the Fall Semseter we will NOT be cooking but encourage you to bring your own meal and join us for a time of fellowship from 5:15—6:00PM!

On Sunday, October 6th, we will receive a special offering for the Pregnancy Help Center

Each day, 2,150 women wake up in America believing abortion is the only realistic solution to an unplanned pregnancy. In this tragic decision, not only is a human life snuffed out, but a woman’s life is changed forever. The Pregnancy Help Center offers free, confidential pregnancy testing, client advocates, referrals for med-ical care, limited obstetrical ultrasound (depends on funds available), information on abortion procedures & risks (do NOT advocate or give abortion referrals), abortion alternatives, baby & maternity clothes, pre-natal vitamins, prenatal & parenting classes (Earn While You Learn program; clients earn items for their babies), Bible study, information on abstinence & secondary virginity, post-abortion healing (for men & women). They offer all this at no charge and depend on private donations.

We are so excited about our fast approaching 60th Anniversary celebration!

We are having the main parts of our Sunday afternoon meal ca-tered but we need YOUR help with the vegetable side dishes and the desserts!

If your last name begins with A-M please bring a vegetable dish. If your last name begins with N-Z please bring a dessert.

Remember to bring enough for your family + one more family so we will have plenty for all our guests.

The church budget is available for pick up in the foyer

or outside the church office. Next Sunday, Oct. 6th,

we will have a Budget Discussion and Vote in the

fellowship hall after morning worship. A light lunch of

sandwiches & chips will be provided.

What YOU can do to help:

Our 60th Anniversary events require funding. That is where you come in! If you wish to make a donation to help fund our 60th Anniversary Celebration over and above your regular tithes and offerings, please in-dicate that it is for “60th Ann.” on your check or envelope.

Please prayerfully consider what the Lord would have you give toward this momentous occasion. There are sign up sheets in the foyer and in your Sunday school rooms so you can register for this occasion. On Sunday, Oct. 13th we need YOUR help with our meal: If your last name begins with A-M, please bring a vegetable dish to

share. If your last name begins with N-Z, please bring a dessert to share. Be sure to bring enough for your family plus one more family. We

want to be sure to have plenty of food for all our guests.

Given to Date for 60th Anniversary Fund: $3630.00
