current blockchain industry. Not only ordinary consumers are questioning with these obscure concepts, but many of

the practitioners who are involved in the blockchain industry are also confronted with various questions.

It is not fear about the problems, and investors shall not be fooled. Proposing questions and looking for solutions

would be the best way to establish consensus.

02.Idea of 100 Voices of Talents

In simple words, what is the block for "blockchain"? What is a chain? The literal understanding is that the block is

decentralized, and it believes that the single center is unreliable; the chain is to build consensus that everyone trust,

and the consensus was firm and irrevocable recorded.

We hope to use the mechanism and ideas of the blockchain to make an online decentralized Q & A platform for

blockchain projects. It is expect this work is easier to understand than the traditional venture capital and due

diligence, but more professional than the media coverage and have a higher consensus degree. This is because the

participant blockchain project will experience test of professionals, the formed answers can greatly help to reduce the

03.The Process of ChainQA

The board members are formed by blockchain practitioners from all over the world. They are awaiting to evaluate

through apps like Telegram, WeChat, etc.

Every week, there will be 1-2 projects evaluated by the “Voices of 100 Talents” board members, the developing

related concerns. Then, each board member will be given a score based on the evaluated project’s answers and

performance. Dialog during evaluation time period will be disclosed and published with the final report to both

English and Chinese Medias.

Over here at ChainQA, we talk no doctrines, no trends, no feelings, only the truths and facts will remain. We will

only ask things like, “What exactly has been solved by this project or chain?”, “Are these developing team prepare

The era of artificial intelligence based on voice interaction is coming. Intelligent voice devices such as smart

speakers, preschool robots, and smart wearable devices are pouring into millions of families like the tide. However,

the biggest obstacles to the current ecological development are: smart devices and content services are closely

coupled, and chat bots developed by developers around the world can only be accessed and used on certain closed

platforms. For example, chat bots in Facebook cannot be visited by Google Home, robots in Google Home can't be

accessed by Amazon Echo. Although we have a World Wide Web, these chatbots have no real "networking" and

violate the universality of the World Wide Web. Can chatbots, like the WWW website, be able to freely access any

computer and browser at anytime and anywhere as soon as they are released? Yes, this project is to solve this

problem.

Project Description

The artificial intelligence VoiceWeb blockchain project hopes to break the tight coupling between smart devices and

voice services. It is proposed to build a voice web site to allow each voice service (chat robot) to be freely

connected to the network. It can be easily used and accessed by any intelligent device. Taking advantage of the

existing World Wide Web underlying protocols and architecture, the main tasks of the Voice Web Blockchain project

include:

(1) Based on the blockchain technology to set up a “.BOT” voice domain name system dedicated to voice chat

robots. It supports voice-first access to any chatbot with a globally unique ID.

Although audio is not as big a challenge as visual big data in terms of

adopt the quantum security algorithm currently universally accepted in the

academic world to protect the private key from being cracked.

Is the value of the project capable of decentralizing resources? If there is a

clear solution to this, it will also be the basis of the universal value chain.

We will adopt the VDPOS algorithm and adopt the dynamic look-

authentication mechanism so that the computational power will not be

concentrated on some nodes. In the actual management, we have answered in

previous questions. We have established a sound system to ensure the

decentralization of decision-making and management mechanisms. In terms

of cultural construction, we fully embrace the early spirit and values of the

Theoretically, it is difficult for a closed network to achieve positive incentives

There are currently no barriers that are difficult for technology to break

through in this section. At present, the formulation of the draft for most of the

standards has been completed. The relevant procedures have recently started.

The common elements in the field of artificial intelligence are data, scenes,

computational power, and algorithms. For this dimension, can you

demonstrate the uniqueness of our project by entering a specific scene? The

application scenarios presented in the whitepaper do not reflect these

elements.

On this issue, we have shown four cases in the whitepaper. These application

scenarios are very intuitive. Behind these scenes, it actually embodies data,

computational power, and algorithms. Because of the development of these

dialogue robots, they have been applied to data and are based on

computational power and algorithms. The development of these voice robots

been moving towards the robot customization platform since 2015. The first

version uses Google's underlying interface as the bottom layer; the second

version has opened Google's low-level interface and formed its own

Google Dialogflow and had better support for Chinese. Intent

recognition improves the dialogue intention classification by training labeled

Dialogue Datasets, training with LSTM neural network models, classifying

user intents, extracting named entities using Conditional Random Field

(CRF), and combining grammar trees and industry knowledge maps behind

them. The recent use of real-time audio stream semantic recognition

technology is to achieve results in the industry's most advanced full-duplex

dialogue experience, and to answer the characteristics of certain specific

scenes. After the manual optimization, it will achieve a response speed of 500

milliseconds, which is even faster than the reaction time of human

beings’ communication. Artificial intelligence is divided into cognitive

intelligence and perceived intelligence. Like other teams in our industry, we

are still in the cognitive intelligence stage. But as I said in my previous

the robot has no subjective attitudes and values, no emotion and personality,

and no active desire. This has led to the lack of humanity and cognitive ability

Is it possible to integrate with the existing World Wide Web? What is the

strategy?

Our project will be compatible with mainstream browsers (through plugins)

and support traditional DNS resolution. In this way, the user can operate in a

mouse or keyboard mode, and can also use voice control to interoperate with

the DApp. Google supports OK Google in Chrome to open Google’s website

with voice. However, thousands of websites cannot be opened by voice,

because these instructions are not actually registered in the DNS, nor can

they be configured in Google Chrome. Our patented technology provides a

good solution that integrates existing ones in World Wide Web Protocol.
