10 tips for a healthy diet
Eat variedly
There‘s no healthy, unhealthy or forbidden food. It‘s all just about the amount and combination.
Cereal productsIt‘s really healthy to eat cereal products
several times a day. They don‘t contain much fat, but vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and dietary fiber.
About milk products, fish and meat
Every day, you should consume milk products, once a week fish, and sausage products, meat and eggs in moderation.
Drinking is important
Water is essential, so everyone should drink about 1,5 litres a day. Alcoholic drinks should be consumed just sometimes.
Low fat and high-fat foods
Too much fat makes you thick and increases the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer. You should eat about 70 - 90 g fat a day.
Gently cooking
Cook food short at low temperatures with little water and fat - this preserves the nutrients.
Seasonings
Be creative and use different spices and less salt and use iodised salt.
Eat slowly
Conscious eating helps to eat right, and taking your time when eating speeds up the satiety feeling.
Fruits and vegetables
Fruit and vegetables – take them five times a day, as fresh as possible or just cooked short. So you‘ll be well provided with vitamines and minerals.
