Unit # 1: Introducing Yourself
Assessments:
1. Oral assessment: Students will do a dialogue with their teacher, and they need to achieve the above objectives.
2. Written assessment: Students will be assessed on one or several of the following: grammar, vocabulary words, reading comprehension, and written task.
3. Project: Students will perform a short skit in front of the class. The skit will be about introducing themselves.

Hola. ¿Qué tal? Me llamo Carlos y soy español. Tengo dieciséis años y mi cumpleaños es el 10 de enero. Vivo en Madrid con mis padres y mis dos hermanos. Mi hermano mayor tiene veinte años y se llama Jorge. Mi hermano menor se llama Nacho. Tiene catorce años. El otro miembro de la familia es el perro que se llama Fede. Tiene cinco años y me gusta mucho. Adiós.
