Social Distancing ● Social distancing of 3 feet or more will occur when feasible. ● Class sizes will be reduced when possible to allow for social distancing. ● Markings will be on the floor as reminders to distance. ● Visitors to schools may be limited. Any outside visitors must call the school for an appointment. 2. Bus Transportation ● Parents will sign a Certificate of Assurance at the beginning of the school year that states they will take their child’s temperature each morning and only allow the child to ride the bus with a temperature of less than 100.4. ● A hand sanitizer station will be located in the vicinity of the first seat. ● All buses will be cleaned and sanitized between routes. ● Students and staff will wear a mask at all times on the bus. ● Students will have an assigned seat on the bus and students from the same household will be seated together. 3. Mask and PPE ● Masks are highly recommended for all students and staff members. ● Students must wear a mask when moving anywhere outside the classroom ( hallways, restrooms, cafeteria line, etc. ● All students are required to wear a mask on the bus. ● Masks must fit into the normal dress code policy with appropriate logos or images. 4. Screening and School Exclusion ● Parents will check their child’s temperature prior to sending them to school. ● Students or staff should stay home OR be sent home if any of the following occur: ● Temperature greater than 100.4 ● Cough not related to allergies ● GI (vomiting/diarrhea) ● New rash ● All schools will have an isolation area for sick students until a parent picks up their child. ● Students must be picked up within one hour. ● Sick students may not be transported by school bus. ● Students will be assigned to virtual learning when in isolation, if they are well enough to participate. ● Students may return to school after meeting the requirements set by our local health department and when a release is received by the local health department. 5. Sanitation and Environmental Standards ● Students will be encouraged to practice proper respiratory and hand hygiene. ● Frequent handwashing will be encouraged and practiced. ● Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the buildings. ● All schools and buildings on campus will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected throughout the day. ● There are systems in place to disinfect frequently touched surfaces. ● All cleaning supplies will be properly labeled and kept out of reach of children. 6. Contact Tracing ● School officials will notify our District Health Coordinator and the school nurse who will notify our local health department of any positive cases and any exposure of Covid-19 to execute their contact tracing investigation. ● The local health department will contact students/parents by email who have met contact tracing requirements. ● Vaccinated students and staff members will not be quarantined following an exposure unless they test positive. ● During the time of quarantine or other Covid-19 restrictions students or staff are not permitted to attend school or school events.

Nuestra meta como distrito es priorizar el aprendizaje en persona y mantener a todos los estudiantes y personal lo mas seguros y saludables que sea posible. Los siguientes reglamentos pueden ajustarse a base de los mandatos federales y estatales adicionales y/o tasas de incidencia de la comunidad local. Estos reglamentos son sujetos a cambios
en cualquier momento.
1. Distanciamiento Social
Recomendamos que toda las personas se vacunen contra el COVID-19.
● Cuando sea posible, distanciamiento social de 3 pies o más va a ocurrir.
● El tamaño de las clases se reducirá cuando sea posible para permitir el distanciamiento social. ● Marcaciones estarán en el piso como recordatorios a la distancia.
Las visitas a las escuelas pueden ser limitadas. Cualquier visitante debe llamar a la
escuela para una cita.
2. Transporte en Autobus ● Los padres firmarán un Certificado de Aseguramiento al principio del año escolar que declara que
tomarán la temperatura de su hijo(a) cada mañana y que sólo le permitirá al niño(a) viajar en el autobús con
una temperatura inferior a 100.4.
● Se encontrará una estación de higienización manual cerca del primer asiento.
● Todos los autobuses limpian y desinfectan entre rutas. ● Los estudiantes y el personal llevarán una máscara cada vez que esten en el autobús.
● Los estudiantes tendrán un asiento asignado en el autobús y los estudiantes de la misma
familia se sentarán juntos.
3. Máscaras y Equipo de Protección Personal (PPE) ● Se recomiendan máscaras para todos los estudiantes y miembros del personal
Los estudiantes deben usar una máscara cuando se mueven en cualquier lugar fuera de la clase (pasillos,
salas de seguridad, línea de cafetería, etc.)
● Se requiere que todos los estudiantes usen una máscara en el autobús. ● Las máscaras deben seguir el mismo código de vestimenta en cuanto a los logotipos e imágenes apropiados.
4. Revision de salud para asistir a la escuela
● Los padres revisarán la temperatura de sus hijos antes de enviarlos a la escuela. ● Los estudiantes o el personal deben quedarse en casa O ser enviados a casa si ocurre alguna de
las siguientes condiciones
○ Temperatura superior a 100.4 ○ Tos no relacionada con alergias
○ Gastrointestinal (vómito/diarrea) ○ Nuevo salpullido
● Todas las escuelas tendrán un área de aislamiento para los estudiantes enfermos hasta que un padre recoja a su hijo. ● Los estudiantes deben ser recogidos en el plazo de una hora
● Los estudiantes enfermos no pueden ser transportados en el autobús. ● Los estudiantes serán asignados a aprendizaje virtual cuando estén aislados, si están lo suficientemente bien como para participar.
● Los estudiantes pueden regresar a la escuela después de cumplir con los requisitos establecidos por nuestro departamento de salud local y cuando el departamento de salud local recibe una liberación.
5. Normas de Saneamiento y Medio Ambiente
● Se alentará a los estudiantes a practicar una higiene respiratoria y de manos adecuada.
● El lavado de manos frecuente será alentado y practicado. ● Estaciones desinfectantes de manos estarán disponibles en todos los edificios.
● Todas las escuelas y edificios en el campus serán limpiados y desinfectados a fondo durante todo el día. ● Existen sistemas para desinfectar las superficies que se tocan con frecuencia.
● Todos los suministros de limpieza se etiquetan correctamente y se mantendrán fuera del alcance de los niños.
6. Estudio de Contactos
● Los oficiales de la escuela notificarán a nuestro Coordinador de Salud del Distrito y a la enfermera de la escuela que notificará a nuestro departamento de salud local de cualquier caso positivo y cualquier exposición de Covid-19 para ejecutar su investigación de rastreo de contactos
● El departamento de salud local se pondrá en contacto con los estudiantes/padres por correo electrónico que hayan cumplido con los requisitos de rastreo de contactos.
● Los estudiantes vacunados y los miembros del personal no serán puestos en cuarentena después de una exposición a menos que sean
positivos.
● Durante el tiempo de cuarentena u otras restricciones de Covid-19, los estudiantes o el personal no pueden asistir a la escuela o a eventos escolares.
