AARP has received complaints from people who read on the website that the closing time was 5pm but when they called and

asked for a 4:45 appointment or walked in at 4:50, were turned away.

For example, if you are open from 1pm to 5pm but book your last appointment or start your last walk-in return at 4:15pm,

your closing time should be listed as 4:15pm, NOT 5pm

Open to the Public: There are sites such as in nursing homes or assisted living centers that are only open to the residents.

If you check Web Disclosure “No” this site will not appear when someone does a search on the AARP website. This is generally used for sites that are not open to the public.
