The State Department of Housing and Community Development is Required to Identify the Housing Need for Each Region in the State

The Council of Governments works with jurisdictions to allocate a share of the regional need to each city and county.

This will be the 5th Regional Housing Needs Determination.

SB 375 extends the RHNA period from 5 years to 8 years
