Documents used as proof of identity . Bring the Certificate of Lost Passport to the

embassy or consulate of your home country to apply for a new passport.

You need to go to NIA Service Center to update the information after obtaining your new passport or travel document.

A1: If you continue to study in Taiwan, and your period of overstay is less than 30 days, you may re-apply for ARC extension after paying the fine.

A1: NIA will cancel your ARC if you drop out/quit or graduate early because the residential reason is no longer valid.
