The average number of workers employed in the 2008 fourth quarter does not over 300 people, excluding employees working less than 3 months under the short-term labor contracts;
• Time of extension of CIT payment: 9 months since the deadline of payment.

• Subject:

Resident/non-resident individuals have taxable income from capital investment/transfers, copyright and franchises.
• Period of deferment: from 01/01/2009 to 31/05/2009
• Effective date: after 45 days from the signing date and apply to income arising from 01/01/2009

• Location of register tax: Tax Department where the individual is resident if the insurance agent submits directly to Tax Dept., OR Tax Dept. where the enterprise is located if the insurance agent submits to the enterprise

Official letter No. 1823/BTC-TCT dated 18 Feb 2009 guidelines on implementing deferment of time for payment of PIT
• Deferment period: from 01/01/2009 up to 31/05/2009, in which the salary is paid from 01/01/2009 up to 31/05/2009 irrespective of whether such income arose in year 2009, 2008 or earlier
• The time-limit for reimbursing tax which was withheld and not paid into the State budget shall, at the latest, be the last working day of Feb 2009.
• As from the date of issuance of Circular 27 up until the end of 31 May 2009, income-paying entities must not retain amounts of PIT of individuals entitled to the deferment, but must deliver same to such individuals at the same time as they pay them their income
