[57] Abstract:
The present invention is designed to provide a system that utilizes the use of
Personal Protective Equipment for every worker for strict safety compliance in ay workplace. The said system is comprises of sensors (5)(8), indicators (7)(9)(13)(14) and a microcontroller (6). It uses a vision sensor(5) that responds
to an object through color recognition, prior to this study, responds to verify the PPE compliance of each worker upon entering the production. The system created a database for the storage of monitoring and logging activities. It has
designed program that enables the system to determine if the worker wears a proper PPE and recognizes the worker's identification based on the corresponding color codes attached on its gears.

The present invention discloses an inert gas lamp disposing machine to be
used for the safe disposal of the end of life fluorescent tubes, CFL lamps and incandescent bulbs. It comprises of housing, a top surface to form a cover that holds a fluorescent tubes in feed chute, CFL lamps and incandescent
bulbs canister, a crusher and grinder housing assembly having a set of crushing blades or flails, an intermeshing plates that serves as grinding teeth fixedly attached to the auger steel shafting, a set of vacuum pumps, and filter
modules, a dust tight plastic waste bin, proximity sensor, ultraviolet (UV) light, that includes roller wheel in the form of roller coaster for support and easy mobilization. The said disposing machine compartment wherein all the
components are housed comprises a door cover to protect the components inside the compartment from exposing. Designing and developing a disposing machine having those functions and characteristics will help the
safe disposal option of electrical waste fluorescent tubes, CFL lamps and incandescent bulbs by preventing them from causing harmful effects to the humans, environment and its habitats.
