An electronic form within SAP/ECC used to create/change employee master data. Becomes part of employee’s record. (Adobe Reader).
Manager Self Service
Workplace for administrators to approve personnel actions created/changed by HR processor.
Portal A point of access to information from a web site. Users will access the SAP system from the BRITE portal.
Business Intelligence (BI)
Repository of SAP information for the purpose of reporting.

1. Principal/Supervisor decides who will be performing (and backing up) the HR Action Processor –HRAP (former PAF processor). (2 people per role)
2. Principal/Supervisor will register you for your role in the on-line database by 8/15/07
3. Employees being assigned an SAP role, must complete their elearning course prior to the instructor led course. • Registration begins after 9/1/07.
4. HR Training will occur December – January • Specific dates will be sent to you.
Key Dates• Time Entry begins the last two weeks of January
