Notes
Our SAS supports
Activation of exclusion zone for a spectrum chunk
Vacating of CBSDs operating in an interrupted spectrum chunk
Reassignment of channels to CBSDs
Tiered access
Aggregation of sensing data
Our testbed supports novel band aggregation to achieve high capacity
Support for DTV (470-700 MHz whitespace) and other bands feasible

Conclusions
Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs has developed an end-to-end platform and testbed for shared spectrum use in future wireless networks
Demonstrates sharing and aggregation of spectrum bands
At-scale explorations are critical to proving how well spectrum sharing will work in federal spectrum
Such proof essential for incumbents to be reassured of protection and for a viable business case for secondary network
Needs joint exploration with incumbent
Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs can be a key partner in such exploration
