CALL-OUTS / APPROVALCALL-OUTS / APPROVAL
Compile results for presentation to CNP
When a promotion board adjourns, the results of the board selections are included in a package called the Board ROP (Results of Proceedings). The ROP starts through an approval process with the final approval authority resting with the Chief of Naval Personnel.
After the ROP has been reviewed by Commander, Naval Personnel Command, it is forwarded for the Chief of Naval Personnel’s approval. At this time, a call-out is scheduled.
