The relationship of the employer and employee for the job performace.

Between employee's needs and company's needs there will be mutual interaction that can generate fruitful benefited for both parties. If the company can contribute to the satisfaction of employee's needs in their works and life, eventually the employee will give his or her best in their task given by the company to the purpose of the development missions of the company.

Urban migration. There are two opposite reasons why there

are workers migration: ◦ a) because of some places are having more

number in workers but less industrial or economical activities;

◦ b) on the other hand there some places are having economical activities but less number in workers.

At reality, the skillful workers can enjoy their work to increase their quality of life, but the unskillful workers are suffering from their works.

Food Security and Swamp Land. Swamp land covers upper, middle, and low land

close to coastal areas are having potency to be developed in producing food supporting food security.

Food security is close relation to the accessibility in getting food provided by swampy land. To manage properly swampy land is related to managing water from rainfall in the area, and also water from both rainfall and tidal water in the low land near coastal areas

Green Technology. It will be difficult to process something to be

economically benefiting us without dissipation in energy and material used to the environment. We are able actually to increase efficiency in using energy and material through recycling, reducing, and reusing the waste of our activities by using careful, clean, and efficient technology.

Renewal Energy. Every one knows that the eastern part of

Indonesia has a plenty of natural resources, but less electrical energy and infrastructures. So that the industrial activities are developed in western part of Indonesia. By providing renewable energy from geothermal, water fall, etc the eastern part of Indonesia will be able to increase economical values to their natural production for better welfare of the people of Indonesia.
