2. Open Word (‘07 or ‘10). Note that an extra tab for “EndNote Web” appears. Click link.
3. If EndNote Web is not open
you will be prompted for
your EndNote e-mail
address and password.
EndNote Web toolbar opens in Word. Begin by selecting your needed Style.
( Example: APA 6th edition. )

different Styles.
5. Begin typing your paper. To insert EndNote references into your paper (both in-text
and in the bibliography), put the cursor where you need to cite, then click “Find Citations.”
6. A pop-up displays. To search for a
reference, type a keyword from
the citation to locate the needed
reference. Example: “fuel”
7. EndNote will search your Groups ( bibliographies ) for this keyword and display
all citations with this keyword.
Then just highlight the reference you need, and click “Insert”.
8. EndNote inserts the reference into your paper at that location, and also into your
paper’s bibliography, in correct the style.
(All additions to the paper’s bibliography will be alphabetized.)
