Dersin Amacı Bu derste önce Ceza Hukukunun tarihi gelişimi, kaynakları ve Ceza Hukuku kurallarının yer, zaman ve

kişi bakımından uygulanması ele alınmaktadır. Daha sonra suç genel teorisine geçilmektedir. Bu bölümde

suçun kurucu ve ikincil unsurları incelenmektedir. Suçun kurucu unsurları incelenirken önce bu unsurların

sınıflandırılması ile ilgili çeşitli görüşler hakkında bilgiler verilmektedir. Bunu suçun maddi unsurunun

incelenmesi izlemektedir. Maddi unsur incelenirken hareket, sonuç ve hareketle sonuç arasındaki

nedensellik bağı üzerinde durulmakta, bunlarla ilgili olan mütemadi (kesintisiz), müteselsil (zincirleme)

ve itiyadı suç kavramları ile teşebbüs kavramı hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Daha sonra suçun manevi

unsuruna geçilmekte, kast, taksir ve objektif sorumluluk kavramları ele alınmaktadır. Son olarakta ceza

sorumluluğunu kaldıran veya azaltan nedenler, meşru müdafaa, zorunluluk hali, kanun hükmünü yerine

getirme, hakkın kullanılması ve ilgilinin rızası incelenmektedir.

Çıktıları (DÖÇ-*))

1- Kamu Hukuku’nun bir dalı olan Ceza Hukuku’nun ve suç ve ceza kavramlarının Ceza Hukuku

tekniği içerisinde ne olduğunu öğrenecektir.

2- Ceza Hukuku’nun kamu hukukunun diğer dallarından farkını ve bunlarla ilişkisini kavrayacaktır.

3- İnsan haklarıyla ilişkisi tartışılmaz olan Ceza Hukuku’nun temel ilkelerini ve ceza sorumluluğunun

esasını öğrenecektir.

4- Suç ve ceza kavramı öğrenilecektir.

5- Şahsi cezasızlık sebepleri öğrenilecektir.

6- Suçluların iadesi konusu öğrenilecektir.

7- Suça teşebbüs konusu öğrenilecektir.

8- Suça iştirak konusu öğrenilecektir.

9- Hukuka uygunluk nedenleri öğrenilecektir.

10- Davanın ve Cezanın düşmesi öğrenilecektir.

hukuku, ceza hukukunun temel ilkelerine giriş, ceza sorumluluğunun esası, ceza hukukunda kaynaklar ve

yorum, ceza kanunlarının uygulanma esasları, suçluların geri verilmesi, suç genel teorisine giriş ve bu

bağlamda suçun unsurları dışında kalan olgular, suçun unsurları; suçun yasallık unsuru, suçun maddi

unsuru, suçun hukuka aykırılık unsuru, suçun hukuka uygunluk nedenleri, suçun kusurluluk unsuru, kusur

türleri olarak kast ve taksir.

Dersin Amacı Kanuna ve belirli kurallara dayanan özel hakların bir mahkeme kararıyla korunması ve temini

amacıyla hukuk mahkemelerinde görülen davaların ve işlerin hangi prosedürler ile yürütüleceğini

ortaya koyar. Teorik olarak ortaya konulan bilgiler uygulama örnekleri ve Yargıtay kararları ile

somutlaştırılmaya çalışılmaktadır.

sets out the procedure of the cases and the works in civil courts. Theoretically, the information

Dersin Amacı

Atatürk İlkeleri ve İnkılâp Tarihi Dersi'nin amacı; öğrencilere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin hangi

koşullarda nasıl kurulduğunu anlatarak, devletin temelini oluşturan Atatürk İlkelerini

benimsetmek, Atatürk'ün asker kişiliği kadar, büyük devlet adamı, inkılâpçı kişiliği ve

önderliğini, ırkçılığı reddeden milliyetçilik anlayışını, uluslar arası barışın kurulması

hususundaki çabalarını anlatmaktadır.

Dersin Öğrenme


1) İmparatorluktan milli devlete geçiş sürecini gerekçeleri ile birlikte anlamak ve

değerlendirir.

2) Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün “Türkiye’nin muasır medeniyet seviyesinin üzerine

çıkarılması” fikrini anlar.

3) Güncel konuları tarihi bilgiler ışığında değerlendirebilme yeteneği kazanır.

4) Osmanlı İmparatorluğunun yıkılış nedenlerini bilir ve açıklayabilir.

5) Osmanlı İmparatorluğunda demokratikleşme sürecini takip edebilir.

6) Birinci Dünya savaşının çıkış nedenleri ve Osmanlı Devletinin savaşa katılışını bilir.

7) TBMM açılması ve istiklal savaşı yönetimini bilir.

Dersin İçeriği Tanzimat Döneminden başlayarak Milli Mücadele dönemi, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin kurulma

Course objective English as a foreign language aims to push the students from beginner to pre-intermediate

level and to provide them with grammar, reading, listening, speaking and required vocabulary.

The course also aims to make the students produce english Works on their own.
