10.1 Notes on cleaningClean the front of the oven with a softcloth with warm water and a mildcleaning agent. To clean metal surfaces, use a dedicatedcleaning agent.Clean the oven interior after each use.Fat accumulation or other food remainsmay result in a fire. The risk is higher forthe grill pan.Clean all accessories after each use andlet them dry. Use a soft cloth with warmwater and a cleaning agent. Do not cleanthe accessories in the dishwasher.Clean stubborn dirt with a special ovencleaner. If you have nonstick accessories, do notclean them using aggressive agents,sharp-edged objects or a dishwasher. Itcan cause damage to the nonstickcoating.Moisture can condense in the oven or onthe door glass panels. To decrease thecondensation, operate the oven for 10minutes before cooking. Clean themoisture from the cavity after each use.

10.2 Stainless steel oraluminium ovensClean the oven door with a damp cloth orsponge only. Dry it with a soft cloth.Do not use steel wool, acids or abrasivematerials as they can damage the ovensurface. Clean the oven control panelwith the same precautions.

soft cloth. WARNING!Make sure that the ovenis cool before you touchit. There is a risk ofburns.

10.6 Cleaning the water tankWARNING!Do not put water into thewater tank during thecleaning procedure.

During the cleaningprocedure, some water candrip from the steam inletonto the cavity of the oven.Put a dripping pan on theshelf level directly below thesteam inlet to prevent waterfrom falling onto the bottomof the oven cavity.

After some time, you can have limedeposits in your oven. To prevent this, clean the parts of the oven that generatethe steam. Empty the tank after eachsteam cooking.Types of water• Soft water with low lime content -
