CredentialsC�redentials w�ill be distributed on a game-by�-game basis and should be requested in w�riting on company� letterhead by� the editor of Sports Editor of y�our company�. Requests should be fax�ed to the My�stics C�ommunications department and submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Press and photo credentials are issued to accredited media members and w�ill admit the bearer to the press room, lock�er rooms and press seating in the arena during the designated time periods. C�redentials may� be pick�ed up at the press gate located at the corner of 6th and G Streets of Verizon C�enter, tw�o-and-a-half hours before tip off. C�redentials must be visibly� w�orn at all times.

Press roomThe press room w�ill be open tw�o-and-a-half hours before game time, during and follow�ing the game. The professional intent of the press room is to provide a meeting and w�ork�ing place for w�riters, reporters, broadcasters and game personnel. Any� abuse of the press room and/or press privilege w�ill result in forfeiture of y�our press pass. The w�ork�ing area of the press room is equipped w�ith a fax� machine, telephone, statistics, post-games quotes and other WNBA information.

Locker roomIn accordance w�ith WNBA policy�, both the My�stics and the visiting lock�er rooms w�ill be open to members of the media for a 30-minute period ending 60 minutes before the start of a game, and again, after every� game for a 30-minute period starting no later than ten minutes follow�ing the end of the game. Head C�oach Julie Plank� w�ill meet w�ith the media follow�ing the game in the interview� room directly� nex�t to the press room. No autographs are allow�ed by� credentialed media. Violation of this policy� w�ill result in forfeiture of y�our press pass.

PhotographersLimited space is available at each end of the court for both television and still photographers holding proper credentials. Photographers must stay� in the designated areas and are ask�ed to be considerate of spectators seated directly� behind them.

MealsA meal w�ill be served in the press room prior to each nationally� televised game.

Game Notes and StatisticsPre-game press notes, media guides and line up sheets w�ill be available in the interview� room prior to each game. Game statistics w�ill be distributed to the w�ork�ing media during the game and w�ill be available in the press room.

In the spring of 1999 Lincoln Holdings LLC� purchased 100% of the Washington C�apitals (held in the name of Lincoln Hock�ey� LLC�, a w�holly� ow�ned subsidiary� of Lincoln Holdings) and, together w�ith a subsequent purchase, approx�imately� 44% of Washington Sports and Entertainment Limited Partnership (WSELP). WSELP ow�ns 100% of the NBA Washington Wizards, Verizon C�enter and the Baltimore-Washington Tick�etmaster franchise. In 2005 Lincoln Holdings purchased the WNBA’s Washington My�stics from WSELP. Lincoln Holdings has a right of first refusal on the sale of any� of the individual teams or other assets, as w�ell as an option to purchase Abe Pollin’s majority� interest in WSELP.

All of the current partners of Lincoln Holdings are ex�tremely� active in the Washington-area business community�.

Dick� Patrick�, along w�ith Ted Leonsis, is one of the original partners in Lincoln Holdings LLC�, w�hich w�as formed in the spring of 1999. A mainstay� for the Washington C�apitals’ franchise for more than tw�o decades, the ow�ner, president and alternate governor continues to lead the club w�ith his tireless effort and intense desire to continue a family� tradition – engraving the Patrick� name onto the Stanley� C�up.

Patrick�, w�ho joined the C�apitals prior to the 1982-83 season, guides the organization on a daily� basis. The former chairman of the NHL Finance C�ommittee, Patrick� has been instrumental in the C�apitals’ long-term success as a franchise both on and off the ice. Patrick� w�as a leader in the conception and development of the Kettler C�apitals Iceplex�, the team’s state-of-the-art training center and office building that opened in 2006 in Arlington, Va.

Born in 1946 in Victoria, B.C�., Patrick� grew� up in the United States. He earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth C�ollege and a law� degree from the Washington C�ollege of Law� at American University�. He has developed commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C�., area for more than 20 y�ears and, w�hile raising children w�ho have sk�ated w�ithin local y�outh hock�ey� programs, he has been instrumental in increasing the C�apitals’ involvement in y�outh programs throughout the area.

Jack� Davies w�as the founder and president of AOL International and now� serves on the board of directors of Scholastic, the global children’s publishing and media company�. Prior to joining AOL in 1993, Davies w�as managing director of C�iticorp’s London-based consumer mortgage business after serving as vice president, Europe, for RC�A Records. He began his career at General Electric w�here he held numerous senior consumer mark�eting positions. Davies earned an MBA in Mark�eting (1973) and a BA in Political Science (1972) from the University� of Rochester.

Active in philanthropy� in the D.C�. area, Davies serves on a number of boards including the Board and Ex�ecutive C�ommittee of Venture Philanthropy� Partners. In addition he is on the board of See Forever

Foundation, C�harity�Work�s and The Washington Scholarship Fund.

Richard D. Fairbank� is founder, chairman and chief ex�ecutive officer of C�apital One Financial C�orporation, a broadly� diversified financial services company� rank�ed 130th on the Fortune 500. Mr. Fairbank� founded C�apital One in 1988 based on his belief that the pow�er of information, technology� and testing could be harnessed to bring highly� customized financial products directly� to consumers. Headquartered in McLean, Va., C�apital One is the seventh-largest bank� in the United States, offering a broad spectrum of financial products and services to consumers, small businesses and commercial clients. With the company�’s new�ly� acquired subsidiary�, C�hevy� C�hase Bank�, F.S.B., C�apital One has approx�imately� 1,000 branch locations in New� York�, New� Jersey�, Louisiana, Tex�as, Mary�land, Virginia, and the District of C�olumbia. Additionally�, C�apital One has international businesses in the United Kingdom and C�anada.

C�apital One has been w�idely� recognized for its entrepreneurial culture, progressive w�ork� place, and community� engagement. Fairbank� holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University�.

Raul Fernandez is the chairman of ObjectVideo, a private technology� company� that develops video analy�tics softw�are for automated security� surveillance. He is also a special advisor to General Atlantic Partners, a grow�th equity� firm w�ith over $17 billion under management. Fernandez founded Prox�icom, an internet services company� he started in 1991 w�ith $40,000 in savings. After tak�ing Prox�icom public in 1999 and grow�ing the business to more than $200 million in revenue, he sold it to Dimension Data in 2001. Fernandez also serves on the board of Liz C�laiborne; TROW, a Toronto-based engineering and consulting firm; ValueOptions, the nation’s largest independent behavioral healthcare company�; Netw�ork� Solutions, the leader in w�eb-based domain name and related services and C�apital Acquisition C�orporation, a $250

million telecommunications, technology� and media-oriented special purpose acquisition company�.

Fernandez, a native Washingtonian, has been active on the non-profit and technology� policy� fronts. In 2001, Fernandez w�as appointed to, and continues to serve on, the President’s C�ouncil of Advisors on Science and Technology�. An ex�ecutive producer of the film “Kick�ing It,” he holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University� of Mary�land.

Michelle DiFebo Freeman is the ow�ner and an active board member of the C�arl M. Freeman C�ompanies, w�ith offices in Olney�, Md., and Fenw�ick� Island, Del. The Freeman C�ompanies has over 60 y�ears in a variety� of real estate ventures, currently� w�ith special ex�pertise in land acquisition, land planning, development and redevelopment for aw�ard-w�inning, amenity�-rich residential communities and neighborhood shopping centers. Notable real estate developments and redevelopments by� the Freeman C�ompanies include Sea C�olony�, the Village at Bear Trap, Bay�side (including a Jack� Nick�laus Signature Golf C�ourse) at the Delmarva Shore, The Tidew�ater Inn in Easton, Md., and Olney� Village C�enter and C�abin John C�enter and Mall in Montgomery� C�ounty�, Md.

Michelle is also the founding president and chairman of the board of the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation. The Joshua M. Freeman Foundation w�as created in 2007 to conceptualize, construct and operate sustainable facilities that support the arts, the environment and athletic achievement. Michelle has also served as the president and chairman of the board of the C�arl M. Freeman Foundation since 2007. The C�arl M. Freeman Foundation has been proudly� giving grants and guidance since 1960 to hundreds of nonprofit organizations in Mary�land, Virginia, Washington, D.C�., Delaw�are and West Virginia. Michelle is a founding member of Venture Philanthropy� Partners and is currently� serving on the boards of The Washington National Opera, C�harity�Work�s and YouthAIDS. She has three children ranging in ages from 5 to 18.

Sheila C�. Johnson, a successful entrepreneur and impassioned philanthropist, is C�EO of Salamander Hospitality�, LLC�, overseeing a grow�ing portfolio of lux�ury� properties including The Woodlands Resort & Inn in Summerville, S.C�., Innisbrook� Resort & Golf C�lub in Innisbrook�, Fla., and Salamander Resort & Spa in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Middleburg, Va., w�hich is poised to become one of the most unique retreats in the w�orld w�hen it opens in early� 2011. Johnson is president and managing partner of the WNBA’s Washington My�stics. She has long been a pow�erful influence in the entertainment industry� as a founding partner of Black� Entertainment Television (BET) and most recently� as a film

producer. Her film A Pow�erful Noise premiered at the 2008 Tribeca Film Festival in New� York�. On March 5, 2009 A Pow�erful Noise premiered in more than 450 theatres throughout the country� to celebrate International Women’s Day�.

In 2006 Johnson w�as named global ambassador for C�ARE, a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty� by� empow�ering w�omen because they� have the unique pow�er to help entire communities escape poverty�. “Sheila’s I Am Pow�erful C�hallenge” w�as instrumental in helping raise funds for C�ARE’s important w�ork�. Johnson is also a member of the C�ouncil on Foreign Relations. An avid supporter of the arts and an accomplished violinist, Johnson dedicates her time to organizations that create opportunities for children to ex�press and ex�plore their creativity�. She serves as chair of the Board of Governors of Parsons The New� School for Design in New� York� and sits on the boards of VH1’s Save the Music Foundation, Americans for the Arts, the Jack�ie Robinson Foundation, and the University� of Illinois Foundation.

Richard Kay� is currently� chairman of SENTRILLION Inc., a “TS” (Top Secret) border security�, cy�ber-security�, information assurance and healthcare managed services company�. He is the former founder, chairman and C�EO of OTG Softw�are, a data storage softw�are company� that he founded in 1992. OTG became the leader in online data storage solutions. OTG w�as acquired by� Legato Sy�stems in 2002 and Kay� remained on the board of directors until the acquisition of Legato Sy�stems by� EMC� in 2003.

Kay� currently� serves on the board of directors of the University� of Mary�land School of Engineering. He is a special partner w�ith ABS C�apital, a multibillion dollar equity� investment firm focused on healthcare, IT and media companies. Kay� is also an honorary� member of the board of directors of Venture Philanthropy� Partners. He and his family� w�ork� closely� w�ith various charities.

Jeong H. Kim is the 11th president of Bell Labs, the communication industry�’s most heralded research organization. His back�ground ranges from being a C�EO of a high technology� start-up to senior ex�ecutive of a Fortune 500 corporation. Kim’s early� career encompassed computer design, satellite sy�stems design and data communications and included seven y�ears as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy�.

Kim holds a Ph.D. in Reliability� Engineering from the University� of Mary�land, a Master’s degree in Technical Management and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and C�omputer Science from Johns Hopk�ins University�. Kim currently� serves on the boards of the Johns Hopk�ins University�, Stanford University�’s Freeman Spogli Institute of International Studies, and Global Internet Ventures. He is a member of the National Academy� of Engineering and the NASDAQ Listing and Hearing Review� C�ouncil, and w�as named one of the 10 most influential Asian Americans in business for 2005 by� the U.S. Pan Asian American C�hamber.

Mark� D. Lerner, representing members of the Lerner | C�ohen | Tanenbaum family�, is a principal ow�ner of the Washington Nationals Baseball C�lub and a principal of Lerner Enterprises, a Rock�ville, Md., based real estate development, management and investment company� founded in 1952 by� his father, Ted Lerner. Lerner Enterprises development activity� is mainly� concentrated in the Washington, D.C�., metropolitan area. Some of the company�’s major projects include White Flint, White Flint North, Washington Square at 1050 C�onnecticut Avenue, NW, 20 M Street, SE, 2000 Tow�er Oak�s Boulevard, The C�orporate Office C�entre at Ty�sons II, Dulles Tow�n C�enter, Fallsgrove Village C�enter and the Greenbelt Marriott Hotel, among many� others. Lerner also has developed and manages many� residential communities in the Washington, D.C�., area. In addition, Lerner Enterprises is a partner in C�helsea Piers, a 30-acre sports and entertainment complex� located on the Hudson River in New� York� C�ity�.

Lerner and his family� have been involved in many� w�orthw�hile causes including the C�harles E. Smith Jew�ish Day� School, Hebrew� University� of Jerusalem, The George Washington University�, Georgetow�n Day� School, The Scleroderma Foundation of Greater Washington, Jew�ish C�ommunity� C�enters of Greater Washington and the District of C�olumbia, JC�C� Maccabi Games, The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Imagination Stage, ADL In C�oncert against Hate, YouthAids, Juvenile Diabetes, Junior Achievement, Food and Friends and the Washington Nationals Dream Foundation, among many� others. He currently� serves as a trustee of the Jew�ish C�ommunity� C�enter of Greater Washington, a member of the board of Hillel at The George Washington University� and the advisory� board of Israel Bonds.

George P. Stamas is a senior partner in the Washington and New� York� offices of the international law� firm Kirk�land & Ellis LLP. A graduate of the Wharton School of the University� of Pennsy�lvania (1973) and the University� of Mary�land Law� School (1976), Stamas began his career as a special counsel in the Enforcement Division of the Securities & Ex�change C�ommission. He has been listed in C�hambers USA: America’s Leading Law�y�ers and Best Law�y�ers in America for many� y�ears and w�as previously� named by� The American Law�y�er as one of the leading 45 law�y�ers in America under the age of 45.

Greg Bibb is entering his third season at the helm of the Washington My�stics as the team’s C�hief Operating Officer. Bibb joined the organization on October 1, 2007. Under his leadership, the My�stics have ex�perienced a tremendous amount of business grow�th. During his first season at the helm in 2008, the team enjoy�ed a 15% jump in tick�et revenue as average attendance grew� by� over 1,300 fans per game. The My�stics continued this positive trend in 2009, grow�ing by� an additional 2,000 fans per game to lead the WNBA in average attendance at 11,338 fans per contest.

On the sponsorship front, the team has signed over 20 new� corporate partners under Bibb’s w�atch w�hile the organization’s brand continues to ex�pand and the team’s reach broadens across the greater Washington, D.C�. mark�etplace. Since October 2007 the My�stics have also constructed and moved into new� headquarter offices in Verizon C�enter, launched a completely� re-designed Internet property�, w�ashingtonmy�stics.com and developed the highly� successful My�stics Youth Summer League. Angela Tay�lor is entering her second season as the Vice-President and General Manager of the Washington My�stics. Tay�lor brings over 15 y�ears of play�er personnel ex�perience to the My�stics. Prior to joining the My�stics, she served as the Vice-President of Business Operations for tw�o y�ears w�ith the Minnesota Ly�nx�. In her position w�ith the Ly�nx�, Tay�lor oversaw� all business operations, including tick�et sales, mark�eting, fan relations, public relations, community� relations, interactive services, and corporate sponsorships. She w�as responsible for creating initiatives to build community� aw�areness, mark�eting the Ly�nx� brand in the Tw�in C�ities area, and enhancing tick�et sales and strategic alliances.

Prior to joining the Minnesota Ly�nx� & Timberw�olves, Tay�lor spent more than nine y�ears w�ith the WNBA League Office based in New� York� C�ity�, most recently� as Senior Director, Play�er Personnel. While at the League Office, she w�as primarily� responsible for all play�er-related matters and issues including collegiate & international play�er evaluation, play�er mark�eting, and play�er programs. Tay�lor joined the staff at the WNBA League office in June 1997 as C�oordinator, Play�er Personnel w�as promoted to Manager in October 1999, Senior Manager in 2002, Director in 2004, and Senior Director in 2005.

Prior to joining the WNBA League Office staff, Tay�lor w�as an assistant coach for the w�omen’s bask�etball teams at Stanford University�, Tex�as A&M University�, and the University� of Arizona. A four-y�ear varsity� letter w�inner at Stanford University�, Tay�lor helped guide the Stanford w�omen’s bask�etball team to tw�o NC�AA national championships (1990 & 1992), three NC�AA Final Fours (1990-92), and one Sw�eet Six�teen appearance (1993). Additionally�, as an assistant coach at Stanford, Tay�lor’s Stanford teams w�ent to back�-to-back� Final Fours in 1996 and 1997. While an assistant coach at Stanford, she had the opportunity� to w�ork� w�ith 1996 Oly�mpic Gold Medal w�inning head coach Tara VanDerveer.

In 2006, Tay�lor co-founded The C�HANC�E Foundation, an organization w�hose mission is to C�reate Hope and Access for our Nation’s C�hildren through Education. The C�HANC�E Foundation helps provide at-risk� y�outh w�ith the support, guidance, tools and resources needed to navigate the college application process. She is also the founder of Netw�ork�s Sports C�onsulting. Julie Plank� is entering her second season as the Head C�oach of the Washington My�stics. In 2009, Washington returned to the play�offs for the fist time since the 2006 season. Plank� joined the My�stics follow�ing a season w�ith the Minnesota Ly�nx�, coaching Oly�mpian Seimone Augustus and 2008 Six�th Play�er/Woman of the Year, C�andice Wiggins. Prior to joining the Ly�nx� coaching staff, Plank� spent eight y�ears w�ith the Indiana Fever as an assistant coach and director of scouting. There she helped lead the team to four play�off appearances including the 2005 and 2007 Eastern C�onference Finals. Plank� served as an assistant coach for the U.S. Women’s National Team from 1999 through the 2000 Oly�mpic Games in Sy�dney�, Australia and helped lead the U.S. to gold medal victories in the 1999 U.S. Oly�mpic C�up and the 2000 Oly�mpics.

Plank� began her coaching career in 1984 at C�apital University� in Ohio. She spent tw�o y�ears as an assistant coach, helping C�apital to a 39-8 record (.809). Overall, she has helped three different NC�AA w�omen’s bask�etball programs to a 343-104 record (.767)

Plank�’s coaching career includes spending 10 y�ears (1986-95) alongside Tara VanDerveer at Stanford University� w�here she assisted the C�ardinal to eight consecutive NC�AA Tournaments (1988-1995), four Final Four appearances (1990-92, 1995) and tw�o NC�AA championships (1990, 1992). Plank� also served as the lead assistant coach at Vanderbilt University� from 1997-99 and oversaw� the school’s recruiting and scouting efforts. In 1998, she w�as rank�ed the fifth-best NC�AA Division 1 assistant coach in the nation by� Women’s Bask�etball Journal.

A native of C�olumbus, Ohio, Plank� attended Ohio State University� w�here she w�as a three-y�ear starter at point guard and helped lead the Buck�ey�es to a 23-5 record and the University�’s first Big Ten C�onference w�omen’s bask�etball title in 1983. Plank� attended Bishop Hartley� High School and led her team to tw�o Ohio state high school championships. In February� 2001, the school retired her No. 13 jersey� in honor of her accomplishments.

Marianne Stanley� returns for a second stint w�ith the Washington My�stics. Stanley� coached the team as an assistant in 2001 and head coach in 2002 and 2003. She brings a w�ealth of ex�perience to the My�stics. Stanley� has over 20 y�ears of coaching ex�perience at the collegiate level w�ith stops at Stanford, University� of C�alifornia-Berk�eley� and University� of Southern C�alifornia. In 2007, she assisted C�. Vivian Stringer during Rutgers University�’s run to the NC�AA C�hampionship game. Stanley� is also very� familiar w�ith the WNBA. In addition to her stop in Washington, she has also been an assistant coach w�ith the Los Angeles Spark�s and the New� York� Liberty�.

Stanley� has earned numerous accolades throughout her career. She w�as named the Pac-10 C�onference C�oach of the Year in 1993, the Sun Belt C�onference C�oach of the Year in 1984 and 1985, and an All-American selection as a play�er in 1975 and 1976 at Immaculata C�ollege. In 2002, she w�as voted the WNBA C�oach of the Year. That same y�ear she w�as also inducted in the Women’s Bask�etball Hall of Fame. She finished her second season as an assistant coach w�ith the reigning Russian League and Russian C�up C�hampions UMMC� Ek�aterinberg w�hich features WNBA play�ers C�appie Pondex�ter, Deanna Nolan, Ann Wauters, Sandrine Gruda, and C�andace Park�er.

Off the court, Stanley� has been an active member in the community�, lending a hand to groups such as Hoops for Africa, the YMC�A, Hope House Foundation and National Multiple Sclerosis Society�. Trudi Lacey� returns for her second season on the My�stics coaching staff. Lacey� brings a w�ealth of ex�perience to the My�stics. She is currently� the head coach of Queens University� of C�harlotte in North C�arolina. Lacey� has also spent time as the Head C�oach and General Manager of the C�harlotte Sting from 2003-2006. She has had coaching stints at the University� of Mary�land, the University� of South Florida, NAIA Francis Marion C�ollege, Manhattan C�ollege and James Madison University�. Lacey� play�ed for the legendary� Kay� Yow� at North C�arolina State University� w�here she w�as an All-American bask�etball play�er. Her jersey� w�as retired by� the school in 2000, and she w�as named

to the AC�C� All-Legend Team. Off the court, Lacey� is President / C�EO of Lacey� & C�o., LLC� a comprehensive ex�ecutive coaching firm that specializes in strategic initiatives, performance coaching, personal development and organizational leadership training. C�linton C�rouch enters his first y�ear as the team’s Director of Play�er Development. Prior to joining the My�stics, C�rouch w�as the Head C�oach at Friendship C�ollegiate Academy� w�here he guided the Knights to an overall record of 113-27, helping them average over 28 w�ins per season, and guiding them to 3 straight Top Ten finishes (2007-2010). In 2008, The Knights set a school record by� w�inning 34 games. His teams finished w�ith the highest GPA of all team sports at Friendship for three straight y�ears.

As an assistant C�oach under the late Gerald Moore, C�rouch helped guide Friendly� High School to an overall record of 77-7 and tw�o Mary�land State C�hampionships in 2003 and 2004. He w�as influential in the development of C�hris How�ard, Sam Young, a draft pick� of the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies, and Joe Haden, a 2010 NFL first round pick� of the C�leveland Brow�ns.

A native of the Washington, D.C�. metropolitan area, C�rouch has garnered several aw�ards including First Team P.G. C�ounty� and All-Met Honors. C�rouch play�ed all four y�ears at St. Francis University� and graduated w�ith a B.A. in Mark�eting. Lisa C�iaravella returns for her second season w�ith the Washington My�stics as the team strength and conditioning coach. She spent five seasons as the head strength coach for the C�onnecticut Sun w�here she helped the team to four play�off berths and tw�o Finals appearances. She w�as also named to the 2006 WNBA C�oaching staff of the y�ear.

C�iaravella is the founder of the North C�arolina based Phoenix� Phy�sical Therapy� and Sports Performance, a state of the art, out patient facility� w�hich specializes in injury� rehabilitation, sport training and performance enhancements. She held strength and conditioning coaching positions at Ly�nn University�, Florida Atlantic University� and the University� of Miami.

C�iaravella has achieved certification w�ith the National Strength and C�onditioning Association, the National Athletic Training Association, and the National Academy� of Sports Medicine. She received her Masters of Sports and Athletic Administration from Ly�nn University� and a B.S. in Sports Medicine from Elon University�.

Navin Hettiarachchi enters his fifth season w�ith the Washington My�stics as the team’s certified Head Athletic Trainer. His responsibilities cover all aspects of medical care, rehabilitation and sports performance for the team. Navin focuses on sports performance programs that combine injury� prevention, functional movements and advance rehabilitation.

Hettiarachchi earned an undergraduate degree in athletic training/sports medicine from West Virginia Wesley�an C�ollege and a Master of Sports Science in Sports Medicine from The United States Sports Academy�. He also holds advanced certifications such as Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and C�orrective Ex�ercise Specialist (C�ES) through the National Academy� of Sports Medicine.

For the past ten y�ears he has been w�ork�ing as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Sports Therapy� and Rehabilitation (STAR) clinic in Washington DC� treating athletic and non- athletic injuries. From 2001-2003, Hettiarachchi w�ork�ed w�ith the Washington Redsk�ins during their mini-camps, pre-season training and during home games. Since 2003, Hettiarachchi has been w�ork�ing w�ith the Washington Wizards as an assistant athletic trainer providing treatment to injured non-traveling athletes and w�ork�ing home games.

Hettiarachchi has been w�ork�ing for the Jordan All-American games for the past seven y�ears and other unique events such as the AFLAC� All-American Baseball classic. He loves play�ing sports especially� crick�et, football, rugby�, soccer and bask�etball. He w�as born and raised in Sri Lank�a and now� resides in Washington D.C�.

C�assaundra Lock�ett enters her second season w�ith the Washington My�stics as the team’s equipment manager. As equipment manager, Lock�ett is responsible for the ordering, daily� maintenance and supervision of all play�er equipment and uniforms, w�hile maintaining the My�stics lock�er room. She also coordinates the My�stics team attendant’s at all home games. Prior to becoming the team’s equipment manager, Lock�ett served as a team attendant for seven y�ears.

Lock�ett is a graduate of Saint Augustine’s C�ollege in Raleigh NC� and graduated w�ith a Human Performance and Wellness degree. Born and raised in Washington, DC�, she attended Archbishop C�arroll High School. C�assaundra is the proud mother of a new� son, Kobe.

Nathalie Reshard w�as raised in Niceville, Florida. She attended the University� of Alabama for her undergraduate degree in Business Management, w�here she also play�ed for the C�rimson Tide w�omen’s bask�etball team. Nathalie earned her graduate degree at the University� of C�entral Florida DeVos Sports Business Management Program and w�ill be graduating in May� 2010 w�ith her MBA and Masters of Sports Business. Change Has Come to D.C. The My�stics had a busy� off-season hiring a new� general manager, Angela Tay�lor, and a new� head coach, Julie Plank�. Point guard Lindsey� Harding came to D.C�. in a trade w�ith the Minnesota Ly�nx�. Matee Ajavon w�as selected second overall by� the My�stics in the 2008 dispersal draft after the Houston C�omets folded. C�hasity� Melvin rejoined the My�stics after signing as a free agent. In the 2009 WNBA draft, the My�stics selected Mary�land guard Marissa C�oleman w�ith the second overall pick�.

Mystics MilestonesSeveral My�stics veterans have reached milestones this season. Forw�ard Monique C�urrie reached her 500th career rebound, posting four rebounds in the My�stics loss against the New� York� Liberty� on September 13. My�stics forw�ard Nak�ia Sanford recorded her 100th career block�, posting tw�o block�s against the Detroit Shock� on August 11. Guard Alana Beard surpassed her career 3,000 points w�hen she led all scorers w�ith 18 points in the My�stics loss against the C�onnecticut Sun on August 9.

A Conference ConnectionA league-high six� Washington My�stics competed collegiately� in the Atlantic C�oast C�onference, including Alana Beard (Duk�e), Marissa C�oleman (Mary�land), Monique C�urrie (Duk�e), Lindsey� Harding (Duk�e), C�ry�stal Langhorne (Mary�land), C�hasity� Melvin (N.C�. State). Additionally�, tw�o My�stics’ assistant coaches, Vick�y� Bullett (Mary�land) and Trudi Lacey� (N.C�. State), battled on Tobacco Road.

Most ImprovedForw�ard C�ry�stal Langhorne led the team in rebounding w�ith 7.9 rebounds per contest, the third highest average in the WNBA. Langhorne rank�ed second in the league in offensive rebounds pulling dow�n 3.0 rebounds per game. She also averaged 29.8 minutes per game and 12.0 points per game, rank�ed third on the team in scoring. In 2008, Langhorne averaged 15.6 mpg, 4.8 ppg and 4.0 rpg.
