Arcadian Artists at Work
Arcadian Artists 2019In 2019 the Arcadian Artists Exhibition & Art Trail will include many new artists and artisans as well as two new studios. A leisurely country drive links our studios, located in the rural district of northern Sydney, where a vibrant and creative city-country experience awaits our visitors. Eight studios and over fifty artists will be exhibiting and demonstrating their work in this unique event. Each year we invite new artists, our venues change and at times our exhibitors are moved to keep the event fresh and interesting.
This unique exhibition is always held on the second weekend in November. Demonstrations and talks with the artists will continue throughout the weekend.
The Arcadian Artists aim is to foster the Arts in our local community and beyond. We support young and emerging talent and contribute to Galston High Schools’ art department towards their HSC major works.
The Stables in Laurie Road Dural, this year, will welcome the Warrah Society and their artists. They will show, through art therapy, how the lives of adults and children with intellectual disabilities are enriched.
Advertising this event includes a comprehensive brochure, media advertising and editorials as well as social media - Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest.
The Arcadian Artists website www.arcadianartists.com.au is an insightful look at what this event has to oer. There are biographies and images of the artists and artisans work and a wealth of information including maps, venue locations and demonstrations.
A copy of the brochure and map are available on our website. The event will be well sign posted to lead you to each studio. while brochures and maps will be available from our information stand outside Bendigo Bank in Galston.
‘Word of mouth’ is more important than ever. Tell your friends, forward the brochure, share us on social media and come and be a part of this inspiring, cultural event.
Coee and refreshments are now available in five venues. Three of these will also have a delicious organic lunch menu. The cafe and lunch icons are on the map. You are welcome to bring a rug and picnic under the trees. Relax and enjoy what this area and our exhibition, on the edge of the city, has to oer.
