Place the spinner and pool board within reach of all players. Each player chooses a coloured section of the 3D tree (red, blue, yellow or green). They then take one face down monkey card from the table and hook it onto their section. Slot together the 3D tree by matching the coloured strips at the bottom to create four coloured sections. Attach the spinner arrow to the spinner board. Spin the spinner 1 a The youngest player starts by spinning the spinner. If the arrow lands on a banana section, turn over a monkey card and place it face up in front of you. Decide whether to end your turn by keeping the monkey and hooking it onto your section of the tree or take a chance and spin again to try to win more bananas. If you spin again and land on a banana section you can take another monkey card from the table, but if the arrow lands on... ...the cheeky monkey, you can take one monkey from another player’s section and hook it, together with any other monkeys collected on your turn, onto your section of the tree. Play passes to the next player. Top tip: There is one monkey with 6 bananas! ...the pool monkey, take any monkeys you have collected on your turn and place them on the pool board. Play passes to the next player. If you have not collected any monkeys on your turn, play passes to the next player. Your monkey will be holding 0, 1, 2, 3 or 6 bananas. If the spinner lands on a banana section, you can spin again as many times as you like until you decide to hook the monkeys onto your section of the tree or the arrow lands on another spinner section. Remember not to hook your monkeys onto your section of the tree until your turn is over! The winner is the player with the most bananas. The winner! 3 + The game ends when there are no face down monkey cards left on the table. N.B. The person playing at this point takes any monkeys collected on that turn and hooks them onto their section of the tree. End of the game 2 Players then take all the monkeys from their section of the tree and count how many bananas they have collected. Setting up the gameSpread the monkey cards face down on the table.
