FIGHTING ORGANIZED CRIME THAT OUR COUNTRY HAS WITH OTHER COUNTRIES WITH WHOM
INTERNATIONAL TREATIES HAVE BEEN SIGNED; THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT INFORMS THAT
DURING THE CURRENT ADMINISTRATION A TOTAL OF 192 ALLEGED CRIMINALS FOR SUNDRY
OFFENSES HAVE BEEN EXTRADITED ABROAD SO THAT THEY APPEAR BEFORE THE JUDICIAL
SYSTEMS OF SUCH NATIONS.
THESE 192 EXTRADITIONS CARRIED OUT UNTIL LAST DECEMBER 31, REPRESENT THE MAXIMUM
AMOUNT OF EXTRADITIONS EVER CARRIED OUT FOR SUCH A TERM, WHICH IS ANOTHER DISPLAY
OF THE FIRM DETERMINATION OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FIGHTING ORGANIZED CRIME
THROUGH A STRICT ENFORCEMENT OF THE LAW.
IN THIS WAY, NO CRIMINAL CAN EVADE THE APPLICATION OF THE PENALTIES SET FORTH IN
INTERNATIONAL LAWS FOR EACH CRIME SO THAT SECURITY AND PEACE RULE AMONG OUR
NATIONS.
WITH ACTIONS LIKE THESE, THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT REAFFIRMS ITS COMMITMENT TOWARDS
JUSTICE AND SECURITY ON BENEFIT OF ALL MEXICAN FAMILIES.
