One company quote was dismissed as they are distributors of IKO shingles only, and their selection of installers is uncertain (their price range was not the lowest either). All other companies considered installing the best quality shingles, either GAF Timberline or Certainteed Landmark formerly known as “40-year,” and from January 2011 offering the Lifetime Warranty by manufacturer. The company selected offers 24 hours response during the first year, above manufacturers warranty, and 10 year workmanship warranty. Following prices were considered (including GST): $42,459; $39,900; $32,770; $ 31,301 and $27,644. The Board recommends the contract to Artech Homes at $27,644, pending the response from the church membership. Please speak to Gene Bernardo if you have any questions, to elders, or to pastor Golovenko. If no objections are raised the Board will formalize the contact with Artech Homes by July 5, 2011. 7. Adventurer Family Fellowship Potluck to be held on Sabbath, June 25th. All families with young children are welcome to attend. It will also be an opportunity to ask questions about the Adventurer Program and be the first to register your children for the Program commencing in September. Since we are celebrating summer is finally upon us, it will be a salad, sandwiches and dessert potluck. Please feel free to bring one of these items to the potluck. 8. Next Baptismal service is planned for July 16. If you are interested in making the commitment to Christ, speak with pastor Golovenko about preparation.
