This week is the last week for seniors to pay their obligations. otherwise seniors will not get their diploma on graduation day until they clear the obligation.

Senior Exam ScheduleMay 21 – 25, 2012

May 23rd & 24th May 25th 3rd, 5th, 6th 1st & 8th

A few reminders:

Seniors will test during class time for 2 days.

Seniors will be on regular schedule and must attend all classes during these days.

Seniors DO NOT have to attend school on Tuesday, May 29th, Wednesday, May 30th, or Thursday, May 31st.

Although senior students do not have to attend school on May 31st, they do have to attend graduation practice.

Graduation practice is scheduled for May 31st at 8:30 A.M. Practice is mandatory and ALL students must ride the bus. More details to come.

Senior Calendar

May 23,24,25 SENIOR EXAMSMay 29 All candidates for graduation must report to the auditorium at 9:00 a.m.

for a short “Class of 2012” meeting to receive final information for rehearsal and graduation.

PLEASE BRING PEN AND PAPER TO THIS MEETING. **ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY**

May 31 GRADUATION REHEARSAL. Report to the back of the school at 7:00 a.m.to load buses.

Graduates MUST ride the bus to rehearsal.ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY

No graduate will be allowed to drive to the Coliseum. Anticipated time of return to school is approximately 11:30 a.m.

June 2 Graduation ceremonies 2:30 p.m.Freeman Coliseum, NO TICKETS REQUIRED, unlimited seating. Cap and gown are to be carried into the coliseum.

Dress for graduation:Boys: White shirt with collar and tie. Dark trousers, dark socks and shoes.Girls: Dress no longer than graduation gown. Dark shoes (closed toes) with a comfortable heel.

Yearbooks will be in on May 29th

Seniors can pick up their copy directly after the Senior meeting that day, or right after the return from Graduation Practice on May 31st

Seniors,You will need to purchase a parking permit from Ms. Alvarez for graduation June 2nd. The permit is $3.00 and you must have it with you when you enter security parking at Freeman the day of graduation. Parking for your parents etc. will be $5.00 at the gate.

It is a free two-day program held on the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station

LSU Alumni San Antonio Chapter Scholarship !

This $1,000 scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic merit and leadership credentials.

The Clemens National Honor Society SENIORS should pay their

dues and pick up their NHS Graduation Stoles from Dr. Chavez in Room D-103. If you paid come

Clemens High School Summer School

Please review your grades and make a final push to move any failing grades to passing.

We would like our students to avoid summer school if possible.
