To develop students who, through relationship with their teachers, become aware of and assume responsibility for their unique personal and academic development.

• Develop Students - Bring school to a “critical mass” at which it can provide appropriate student socialization and financially sustain itself.

• Develop Students - Have a school size that is of “comfortable” scale and “fits” on the available property.

• Teachers - Bring teacher compensation to AISD parity within five years.

• Parents - Keep tuition “in the market”.• SAM School Community - Keep fund raising and debt service

appropriate for the school’s “community”.
