Thiscourseadoptsacriticallenstothestudyoforganizationstobetterunderstandhowpower
andauthorityshapeorganizationalstructuresandpractices.Wealsoinvestigatethepowerfulroleofinstitutionsinshapingsociety.WeexploreandquestionhowWesternframeworks
relatedtocapitalism,consumerism,andecologyshapethewayswedobusiness.Byexposing
howthesedominantparadigmsandpowerstructuresconstrainus,wecanexplorewaysto
resistandtransformthem,givingvoicetoallemployeesandengenderingnewmodelsof
businessandinnovationthataredesperatelyneededintoday’srapidlychangingworld.
