R.C.C. manhole cover of approved make supplied,fitted, & fixed in the top slab with necessary fittings , 15mm thick cement plaster (4:1) with neat cement finish to the internal surfaces and 15 mm thick cemnt plaster (4:1) to outside wall upto 200 mm below G.L. floor finished with 25 mm thick grey artificial stone including supplied,fitted, and fixedS.W. tees C.I. foot rest etc. including excavating earth in all sorts of soil shoring bailing and pumping out water as necessary , ramming, dressing the bed and refilling the sides of the tank with earth , removing spoils filling up the chamber with clear water, removing foreign materials from the chamber & including constructing attached inspection pit as per approved drawing and connecting all necessary pipes , joints, etc. with internal plaster work and artificial stone flooring is to be done with admixture compound @ 5% weight of cement ,complete in all respect .

22.00 Landscaping22.01 soft Landscaping

Green Landscaping:Landscaping includes removing of top soil upto 250 mm below FGL, preparation of ground, cultivation of ground, supplying of imported soil,sand, manure ,Supply and planting of trees, shrubs and grass(Bermuda grass) conforming to BS 3936 from the approved source , supplying and laying of gravel(28 mm size), with all necessary pegs & wires in the space as shown in the drawings.

22.02 Interlock paving - 60 mm thk for pedestrain walkwaysSupply and laying of heavy duty interlocking precast concrete flags of 60 mm thickness with a minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 including sand bedding , coloured throughout . The concrete paving shall be sealed with a premium quality,durable, water based, approved clear sealer@ 7-10m2/ltr. TheQuoted rate shall include supply of interlock tiles, sand , compaction,tools, labour etc. all complete.

22.03 Interlock paving - 80 mm thk for Roads & parking areas
