    Provision and placing of mass concrete (characteristic resistance of 15 N/mm2) under the foundations. Cement shall be Type I Ordinary portland cement, minimum cement content shall be 200 Kg/m3 and maximum water-cement ratio shall be 0.6 and nominal size of20 mm aggregate,as per the drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer, excluding the cost of shuttering and reinforcement but inclussive of all other materials, tools, plant, labour curing, dewatering, taking cubes and its testing and provided test results complete.

    5.02Provision and placing of concrete of grade C40 (28th day cube strength 40 N/mm2) for all sub-structures & super-structures
