Cream the butter until smooth, mix in the brown sugar, confectioners sugar and salt. Add the egg and combine well. Sift the flour with the Baking Soda and add it to the mixture. Finally, fold in the nuts and the chocolate chips, making sure that everything is well combined. Scoop the dough with the help of an ice cream scoop onto prepared baking sheets. Slightly smash each one with the palm of your hand. Bake at 160 ° C for about 30 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool. Serve with coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
