MARGARET Margaret Lee. Maybe you know her as your sister, wife, mother, grandmother, friend, scrabble queen and cancer-fighting stormtrooper. I know her as a strong and fierce woman with superpowers. She has the golden ability to warm your heart, seek out the truth in people and concoct the most delectable plan. And now her latest mission is an effort to raise awareness for the vast need of blood. Fewer than 2% of people give blood, and so many cancer freedom-fighters need it, like my mom. In the last month Margaret has needed numerous platelet transfusions, so here's our chance to show her our support.
