    AS A SYSTEM IS WATER COOLED, IT IS REQUIRED WATER PUMP, COOLING TOWER AND WATER. ALSO SYSTEM IS VERY OLD (15 YESRS) HENCE NOT VERY EFFICIENT.ELIMINATED 5 HP CONDENSOR WATER PUMP AND 1 HP COOLING TOWER FAN AND SAVEED IN ELECTRICAL POWER CONSUMPTION.= Rs.133081 ( Rs.4.22 / KWH )
