Defendant was arrested on a warrant on charges of trespass and theft in the 5th degree. He haselected to enter guilty pleas to both charges. On the trespass charge the court sentences him to servea jail term from 8:00 a.m. on September 12, 2014 until 8:00 a.m. September 15, 2004 plus costs astaxed by the clerk. On the theft charge he is sentenced to pay a fine of $100.00, $35.00 surchargeand $60.00 court costs.
