Ideal for proto type or special projects needing high performance or heavy loadings. The centre and outer rim are machined and milled from a single piece of high tensile billet. Depending on use the inner rims will be our standard or doubled rolled flow formed rims classic bolted to the inside.

This 2 piece construction has more flexibility on size, offsets and calliper clearance than a single piece cast or forged wheel and because of the material strengths and grain structure allows for extra weight reduction.

2 piece wheels with CAST CENTRESThe outer rim and centre of this type of wheel are cast and heat treated as a single unit with our flow formed inner rims classic bolted to the inside. This gives maximum calliper clearance and reduced weight over a single piece cast wheel.

This type of wheel is ideal for customer who want the one piece wheel look but with the added advantage of more widths and offsets available than normal. Please check our website for details.

We can produce this type of wheel for low volume production requirements and is already proving to be ideal for classic road and race car builders who need a reproduction of a specific style of wheel

Leave M6 Junction 10 – Walsall. Take A454 (A463) Black Country Route, heading for Bilston / Dudley. Stay on the Black Country Route until you come to an island where on your right are some large orange railings BILSTON TOWN F.C. Take first left at this island down to mini island and turn right – Vulcan Road. Stay on this road, straight over the first, second and third set of traffic lights then just before the 4th set of lights (Bradley’s Lane). Turn right into Fountain Lane we are on your right hand side.

Leave M5 Junction 2 – Oldbury (follow the signs for Black Country Museum). Take A4123 heading for Dudley / Wolverhampton (dual carriage). Stay on the A4123 heading for Wolverhampton, until you pass the new large TESCO store on your left, then at the next set of lights turn right on to A4037 signed Tipton. PLEASE NOTE REGARDING DIMENSION A. All wheel sizes by any wheel manufacturer are always refereed to the tyre seat size. So for example if you order an 8 x 15 wheel the 8” will be the tyre seat width and the total width dimension A will be 9” wide.

Polished rims and centres will need extra care and cleaning to maintain the finish. The polished areas will need to be regularly cleaned with hot soapy water and if any signs of oxidization are visible the polished areas should be cleaned with Solvo Autosol, available at most good car accessory shops. If you do not want to spend time cleaning and polishing you will need to look at the alternative options available. Then if you decide on a different finish to the standard supply above, just stipulate this on your order.

WHEEL BUILD OPTIONSMost of the wheels in our range can be built to the following options.

SM = Sandwich mounted centre with black or silver perimeter bolts.

FM = Front mounted centre with black or silver perimeter bolts and also with classic hidden bolts. All the wheels are labelled with options available to the style shown.

POLISHEDStandard Supply on Outer Rims / Billet Centres.

We can also polish the inner rims if required but would be an extra charge for this.

All our standard polishing is hand done using industrial polishing mops and polishing compound. The compound is placed on the mops then the components offered to the mops to polish the aluminium to a mirror finish.

MAINTENANCE: Must be cleaned regularly with hot soapy water, and polished with Solvo Autosol. Not recommended if you do not enjoy giving your wheels the TLC treatment. Having said this most of our customers want the polished finish and do look after their wheels, hence it being our standard

finish on outer rims and billet centres.

NEW VIBRATORY POLISHINGThis is a new finish to our range it is the ultimate in polish finish. After the rims and billet centres are hand polished we put them through this new system.

The benefits of this is it makes the polish more like a chrome look finish it also polishes between the spokes on the billet centres something that could not be achieved by hand polishing.The down side to this is it is a slow process so does cost extra. See our website for more details.

MAINTENANCE: As per polished rims.

POWDER COATEDStandard Supply on Cast Centres. We can also supply this finish on the billet centres and outer rims at no extra cost.

Powder Coating is ‘stoved’ onto the components. The components are first pre-treated and then sprayed with the powder coat. The powder is then baked

onto the component through our custom made industrial oven.

MAINTENANCE: Requires very little maintenance. Just clean with hot soapy water when you clean your car. Very hard wearing finish.

ANODIZEDStandard supply on Inner Rims.

We can also supply this finish on Outer Rims. Extra charge per item.

Anodizing is an etched in process, which coats the metal with a protective layer by electrolysis. It will give a satin / matt finish look to the components. It is ideal on the

inner rims, as these do not normally get cleaned.

MAINTENANCE: Again like Powder Coating, requires very little maintenance. Just hot soapy water.

COLOURS AVAILABLESILVER GOLD (Extra cost)

CERAMIC CLEAR COATCan be applied to the outer rims only, additional cost.

We have supplied this finish now for over 5 years and in our opinion it is by far the best clear coating available for polished surfaces. Intended as a hard wearing low maintenance finish for every day use.

The benefits are as follows:1. You lose the least

amount of the polished look compared to any other coating.

2. It is based on NANO technology and is stoved on for a harder finish.

3. It is not a lacquer so does not chip or turn white as lacquers do.

MAINTENANCE: Only needs

cleaning with hot soapy water. In winter do not allow road salt to settle on the rims wash regular or coat in WD40 incase you have scratched or damaged the surface in use.

IMAGE RIM PROTECTORA high resin polish is available to periodically clean/polish your wheels.It will give extra protection against brake dust and other corrosive elements.

GENERAL MAINTENANCEMost maintenance guidelines are stated under the relevantFINISHES.

It is important to never use ALLOY WHEEL CLEANER, they are ACID based and only suitable for all over painted one-piece wheels. It will stain and damage your rims and attack the coating on the perimeter bolts.

If your car is garaged for long periods, or through the winter, we strongly recommend you give the wheels a heavy coating of Image Wheel protector or WD40. This will greatly help reduce oxidization problems on the polished aluminium surfaces.

Cast 2 piece wheels are available in all over painted finish in any of our standard paint colours. Outer rims can be diamond cut and clear coated or polished only finish.

Billet 2 piece can be finished as the cast type plus the spokes can also be diamond cut and clear coated.
