Tate Exchange: Creative Responses by People with Learning Disabilities to Art by Louise Bourgeois Expression of interest Do you or your organisation support adults with a learning disability interested in the arts and visiting and working creatively in Tate Modern, the world’s leading modern art gallery? If so, you are warmly invited to join a small group to take part in a two day workshop – January 25 and 26 2017, 11 am-3 pm – at Tate Modern in the new Switch House. Our work will be focused on a creative exchange and expression between adults with learning disabilities and Tate Modern's collection. We will exploring creative responses to the art of Louise Bourgeois in one of the new artists' rooms in Tate's Switch House. We shall be working with textiles and iPad photography to produce a new body of work through reflective and collaborative practice focused on the theme of relationships.
