• These measures are implemented relatively easily. However they are often overlooked and this could leave the workforce and your organisation exposed.

• The key to remember is that once an area has been searched it needs to be sealed or at least observed to ensure the search integrity is maintained.

1. Inside the trunk and above the rear wheels.

2. Spare wheel compartment or well if the spare is located in the boot. Also check the serviceability of the spare wheel.

3. Behind the doors and trims.

4. The arm rests on the interior of the door.

5. The dashboard including the heater, air vents, pipes and glove compartment.

6. The inside heater and Air trunking.

7. The air filter.

8. Under battery tray.

9. Behind the radiator, the grill and the headlights.
