• EA’s three principals, Jerry Summers, Bruce Bertelsen, and Tom Timbario, collectively have over 85 years of experience in the vehicle emission control field, and have extensive experience with the development and implementation of diesel engine emission reduction and retrofit programs

• Uniquely qualified to help design and implement diesel emission reduction retrofit programs.

• Hands-on experience in the development and application of retrofit emission control technology, and implementation and operational support for low emission technologies in a wide range of fleet applications throughout the U.S. and Canada.
