Challenges with Faculty Access• Faculty didn’t want to understand debits and credits
– “how much money do I have left”
– Over budget displayed in RED
• Zero training required– “I didn’t need any training to do on-line banking”
– Only thing faculty member needs to enter is the month (calendar month) and year
• Must address multiple needs– “By the way, my business manager needs to use this as
well”
