GENERAL TERMS OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISING AND INFORMATION MATERIALS IN THE OFFICIAL EXHIBITION CATALOGUE AND GUIDE 1. Terms of Information Publication and Advertising Placement in the Official Exhibition Catalogue and in the Official Exhibition Guide 1.1. In accordance with the General Terms of Participation in International Exhibitions held by Expocentre, each registered participant of the exhibition has to do the following: - present the company’s entry: the company’s name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, web site, brief information on the company’s activity up to 200 characters, including spaces and punctuation (K1 Form), - select two headings for publication of brief information about the company in the Official Catalogue’s List of Products and Services (K2 Form). 1.2. The company’s entries (except for the logo and advertisement) in the Alphabetical List of the Official Exhibition Catalogue and in the List of Products and Services are also available in the Internet Catalogue within one year. 1.3. Exhibitors information is placed in the EXPOCENTER mobile app available for iOS and Android systems. 1.4. The optional advertising of the Exhibitor may be placed in the Official Exhibition Catalogue and in the Exhibition Guide according to the prices mentioned in the application forms. 1.5. In case the Exhibitor has not provided the company’s entry in Russian, the Publisher translates the text on his own. In that case claims for translation are not admitted. 1.6. The application forms are to be completed in Microsoft Word, otherwise the Publisher bears no responsibility for possible misreading or misspelling. In case of ordering paid services the completed forms are also provided in scanned form with the seal and signature of the responsible person. 1.7. The publisher retains the right to edit the Russian and English entries according to the norms of both languages. 1.8. In case the application forms are sent after the deadline, the Publisher does not guarantee publication of the company’s entry in the printed Catalogue version. 1.9. The Exhibitor shall be fully responsible for the content and accuracy of any information forwarded to the Publisher for publication regardless of the means of transfer of the said information. 1.10. Any type of full or partial reproduction without special permission of the Publisher is prohibited. 2. Terms of Payment 2.1. The payment shall be made on terms of 100% prepayment. The payment shall be made by the Exhibitor according to the tariffs indicated in the application forms. The prices are indicated without VAT (20%). 2.2. Commissions charged by the bank for the money transfer shall be additionally covered by the Exhibitor (for the non-residents of Russia). 2.3. The Certificate of Acceptance of the Rendered Services shall be signed by the authorized representatives of the parties not later than on the last day of the exhibition dismantling period. In case the Exhibitor has not signed the acceptance certificate or declines to give a reasoned refusal to sign it within 3 days from the date of receipt of 2 copies of the said certificate from EXPOCENTRE AO, the services shall be considered rendered and the certificate signed. 3. Cancellation of the Publication and Changes in the Information Entry 3.1. Cancellation of the application or changes of the provided information are accepted not less than 20 days prior to the exhibition opening date. 4. Description of the Official Exhibition Catalogue and Guide 4.1. 1. Terms of Information Publication and Advertising Placement in the Official Exhibition Catalogue and in the Official Exhibition Guide 1.1. 4. Description of the Official Exhibition Catalogue and Guide4.1. The Catalogue comprises of two parts: the Alphabetical List of Exhibitors and the List of Products and Services.Circulation: 1 500 copies. Format: 160 х 230 mm (width х height)Number of pages: 240–2564.2. The Official Exhibition Guide comprises of the Alphabetical List of Exhibitors by pavilions and lay-outs of the exhibition pavilions.Circulation: 15 000 copies.Format: 210 х 297 mm (width х height)Number of pages: 48–564.3. The number of printed copies of the catalogue and guide can be changed depending on the number of exhibitors and expected visitors.

5. Technical Requirements for Advertising Materials5.1. Logos are to be sent in formats: Adobe Illustrator CS4, Corel Draw X6 and BMP, TIFF (full size with resolution not fewer than 300 pixels per inch). 5.2. All the materials for advertisements are accepted ready for publication in Adobe Illustrator CS4, Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXpress 4-6, Adobe InDesign CS2-4 and in TIFF, EPS. The vector part shall be in the EPS format. All fonts shall be converted into curves and uploaded to the layout as EPS-files. EPS-files shall not contain any fonts. The raster graphics shall be inserted into the EPS-file and filed separately.5.3. The format of advertisement is trimmed; please add 5 mm bleed off on all edges. The advertisement dummy creation is subject for the additional payment.5.4. Mobile application banners are accepted in JPG, GIF formats.
