Notes: Students will be required to determine which method of covering will be used to help an injured victim. Joe E. will narrate the slide pointing to each example of a bandage or dressing as required to illustrate the difference.

Text/Audio Narration: In an emergency situation we need to know what to use in order to help our friends and coworkers. As a child when we were injured we had our mom to put a bandage on our wounds or we went to the hospital to have a dressing applied. Lets use these examples to demonstrate the difference between each one.

Pair up in to teams and practice:

◦ Apply one dressing.

◦ Apply a bandage to hold the dressing.

Each team member will practice at least one application of each as they watch the video again.
