Programme - Weekly meetings to review TI performance, review of peer calendars, ORW diaries, regular field visits

Administration - Review of leave records, appraisals, weekly plans, etc.

Finance - Sample vouchers, budget versus expenditures, etc.

Reporting - Quality and timeliness, CMIS and SoEs

For effective implementation of the programme, it is vital that the PM :

• sets clear targets for all members of the TI staff

• ensures that the staff is provided with necessary support to achieve the target

• reviews periodically their performance and provides them feedback
