Tell me about you as an artist – particularly discuss your strengths and interests in the visual arts. What have you done successfully before? What would you like to try?

Provide an overview of the concept / theme that you want to explore over the course of the three works in your triptych.

Is it an extension or a departure from your previous ideas / preferences as a visual artist?

Identify the materials, media, and approximate size / format of each work.
