칸 및 아연과 같은 금속이온틀을 D2많IPA (Di-(2-ethylhexyl) pho앵horic acid)를 사용하여 용매추출 하였다. 정제된 영화니 쩔은99% 이상의 순도를가지고 있으며, 그후환원제로하이드라진을 이용하여 91)0/0 이상의 순도와약 150nm의 크기를가 지는 니웰 급속분말로 제조하였다. 염화니웰 및 니웰 급속분말의 생분은 EDTA 척쟁법과 유도결합 플라즈마 방출분팡법 (inφctively coupled pl없ma 빼cal 없ission 뼈ectrometer, I'α-OES)을 이용하여 확언하였으며, 천계방사 주사천자현미정 (field 뼈ission s빼피ng electron microscope, FE-SE쩌, X-선 회쩔분석 7l(X-my d뼈action, XRD) 및 투과전자현미정 (없뼈lission electπm microscopy, T띤찌을통하여 금속분말의 형태, 입자 크기 및 컬쟁성과같은물리적 특생을확인하였마.
