Medication
All medication to be dispensed by the school nurse. In her absence a designate will be appointed. Medication can be delivered to the school nurse by parents/guardians or via the school bus driver.
No medication is to be sent to the school in the learner’s school bag. All children must line up in an orderly manner outside the nurse’s rooms. Medication will be administered between 07:30 – 08:00 and 11:40 – 12:00. As from Grade 1, it is the child’s responsibility to see that he/she takes the prescribed medication
daily. Failure to do so will hinder the child to perform to the best of his/her potential and/or may have an impact on his/her behaviour in class.
